I approached DNS following a recommendation and discussed the unreliable nature of my existing network. The engineers investigated and recommended I replace my server as it was under-specified for our requirements. The upgrade took place out of business hours and caused minimal disruption. The new system allows our two offices in Bridport and Wokingham to work from the same documents in near real-time which has really increased our productivity.

We asked DNS for a tender to introduce a Server and connect all of the workstations together. DNS provided an immediate competitive quote with an extremely helpful and professional company profile. Within 2 days they had all work stations sucessfully operational without any interferance to the running of our company. As the company has expanded ever larger so has the expectation of high quality, and available support, for all users. To ensure our service level agreement was met this year, and exceeded, we chose to employ the services of a DNS engineer. When we moved to our new larger Wareham office it was crucial that our computer network was transferred smoothly, and as little downtime as possible was incurred. Even the process of actually asking companies to quote proved frustrating and difficult. With one call to Dns a date was arranged and DNS completed a brief survey of the equipment in our existing offices, and then the new office.

On moving day DNS arrived on time and installed the cables very neatly, ready for the computers to arrive at lunchtime. We had a ten user network and were looking for someone to support our system. We could not find anyone that would undertake our system without us committing to purchasing new equipment with an expensive outlay, and the loss of much productivity while a new system was installed. It was by recommendation that we heard of DNS. The list of work to be undertaken was very long but DNS supported us from the very start as we engaged in a gradual upgrade of our system and took us step by step through every process. We now have an excellent system which has doubled our productivity in itself.

Since then we have expanded to over 20 users, every member of staff has secure email and fast internet access enabling us easy access to many things that were just not possible before. Our conveyancing department also has instant access to land registry information which used to take up to 3 days to get. We are automatically updated about Money tranfers for property every 15 minutes. In all of our departments many of the time consuming tasks have been automated giving our staff time to do more.
